About Merit Badges
Merit Badges are required if you want to become an Eagle Scout. You can work on the merit badges until you turn 18. Merit badges are designed to be fun but also challenging at the same time. Some badges are much easier while some take much longer than others to complete. Plan them wisely so you do not run out of time.
- Silver Merit Badges (Eagle Required):
For Eagle Scout you are required to have twelve specific merit badges

- Green (Non-Eagle Required)
There are over 120 Non-Eagle Required merit badges
